Masters in Accounting
A Masters in Accounting is a masters degree in the field of accounting.
The degree program puts the individual in a better position to gain employment in the business industry and other fields that requires accountancy; those who hold a Masters in Accounting, however, usually end up working in the accounting office of large corporations.
In large corporations, the accounting department is made up of those who can only do specific accounting jobs, like accounts payable or receivable.
Graduates also work as human resources in small companies or at the payroll department. And if you are resourceful enough, you can even start your own business at home doing accounting for other home-based entrepreneurs; or as an offshore accountant for multinational firms.
The additional knowledge and skills a person will gain from marketing and other aspects in the business world will give someone with a Masters in Accounting, an easy time finding work in several fields.
